ITS Named to Inc. 5000 List for Sixth Straight Year

For the sixth consecutive year, ITS (Infinity Trading and Solutions, LLC) has made the list of the country’s fastest growing businesses. Since first appearing on the prestigious list in 2007, the company has been honored nine times.

“Growth has always been a company goal,” said ITS Managing Partners, Ryan Kohnke and Scott Tinker, “but we agreed that we would only pursue that goal if we could not just maintain but improve our level of service.” He attributes the company’s ability to do both to a staff of committed and dedicated professionals who share his energy and vision for the business. Internal and external surveys indicate that their clients and customers are seeing improved performance, parts selection, efficiencies and prices as ITS has grown. “We are very proud to continue this strong pace and steady growth, not just in our industry but as standard for all well-run businesses.”

ITS Awarded Among Healthiest Phoenix Employers

For the third consecutive year, ITS (Infinity Trading & Solutions, LLC) was awarded by the Phoenix Business Journal as the 3rd Best Wellness Program in the Small-Sized Company Division (under 250 employees). The award honors employers that have implemented the most innovative strategies for keeping the workforce healthy.

With strong efforts of the management and the entire ITS employee team, the company was able to achieve 100 percent participation in its health risk assessment program and nearly 100 percent participation in biometric screening. These are two programs essential to moving employees into a “wellness mode” of thinking. ITS was focused on this awareness, believing that by knowing what their numbers are, employees are better able to maintain or improve their health and have a better understanding of the significance of their healthcare purchases. The senior leadership at ITS, with Linn Shaw, Director of Finance, leading the cause, was the winning factor in such a high participation in wellness. Linn states that “There are very few employers these days that reduce employee contributions to their health insurance plan, but Infinity Trading & Solutions (ITS) was able to do just that after the very first year of its dedicated wellness program.”
